Denial of Turning Point USA Student Chapter on Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law Campus
- Assembly
- Speech
- Demand Letters
Christine Malsky and other law students at Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, are formally challenging their school’s repeated denial of their request to form a Turning Point USA (TPUSA) chapter on campus.
FSU Law’s First Amendment Clinic sent a demand letter to Barry Law’s Administration calling for immediate reversal of the decision. Barry Law’s denial of a TPUSA chapter violates the students’ freedom of speech, expression, and association on campus.
