A federal appellate case involving a public library's reshelving of sexuality-related materials out of the children's and young adults sections. We represented the Association of Library Professionals as amicus curiae to provide the court with historical and evidence-based context of the traditional practices of the librarian profession in selecting, curating, and weeding items.
