Petitioners, former firefighters for Snohomish Regional Fire & Rescue, were forced to choose between their faith and their livelihood when their employer refused to accommodate their religious exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine.
The First Amendment Clinic filed an amicus brief in support of Petitioners, on behalf of Americans for Fair Treatment (“AFFT”). AFFT is a national nonprofit organization focused on protecting the constitutional rights of public-sector employees.
